- Hi Mr. Mendez. It is a pleasure to have you in our company. We stand out for having the best international logistics.
- Mrs. Hernandez, thank your invitation. I understand you have worked un this company for ten years.
- Yes Mr. Mendez, I am logistc manager and is the area I would like to focus in this meeting.
- Let's consider this in more detail, there are a number of point that I woul like to discuss, we could go to the logistics area.
- I would like to start with tell him that we have just implemented a new transportation plan for our exports.
- How do you export your product?
- Basically we handle some steps such as marketing study, product adaptation and promotion, commercial management, customs management and by last shipment abroad.
- It´s an interesting process. I have some question.How often do you evaluate your product?Do you logistics group has been discussing the project?How much does the transportation cost?
- Mr. Mendez, we have implemented storage procedures for two months and so we evaluate the product. We have been working on the project since last week. The cost of transportation depends on the means we use, basically weight / volume is calculated.
- Unfortunately, it seems my time is running out, so i will conclude briefly by saying that the process that your company implements is interesting.
- If you improve the efficient of their logistics processes, they will gain and edge over their competitors. If you improve the promotion of your products, they would you have happier customers and a more profitable company.
