- Hey Diego, Where having this party at my house on saturday and there's gonna be alcohol and drugs.

- What are my options?Option 1.) I can go to the party and try some drugs and some drinksPro: I can hang out with my friends and try some drugs.Con: I could get in trouble with the law for using drugs and if the school finds out I can get kicked out of the soccer team.
- Do I really want to go? what to I know about these substances.1.) It can decrease pain signals and receptors to the brain.2.)There can be some life long risks and blood infections.3.)It can give a liver disease and can effect vision
- Option 2) I can go and not drink and try any drugs even though I know there will be peer pressure.Pro: I will be able to hang out with my friends and meet new people.Con: There will be to much peer pressure for people wanting me to drink and they could call me names and say I'm scared.
- Option 3) Not go stay home and make something up why I can't goPro: I can stay home and take care of my health and stay safe.Con: Friends will be mad at me because I didn't go and won't wanna be friends with me anymore
- I have no idea what to I already know what that I have options and know the effects of drinking and doing drugs. I also have to think about how alcohol and drugs can be a internal influence and external will affect me. For example how will this make my parents feel about if I go to the party and make bad decisions. A external influence what would happen if the law or police found what consequences would I face
- After thinking about all the options I have and what my external and internal influences are I'm going with my best option that is staying and taking care of myself.
