  • Yes, mom. How'd you know?
  • Why else would you scream you that need advice in the bathroom? You've learned about this in school, so what would you like, a pad, tampon, or cup?
  • Guessing it's your period, right? Don't worry I'm here.
  • The why and How?
  • Ok. Listen. The process starts in your ovary's. One ovary is released and travels through your fallopian tube. Then, since there is no sperm to fertilize the ovary, your uterine lining starts to shed blood. Periods, usually last 3-5 days maximum 7.
  • Advice
  • There are four phases. you go through every month It starts with the fourth, which the flow phase. Where you can visually see the blood. Then comes the 1st stage, the follicle stage. Where your ovary matures and estrogen starts to get produced.
  • Third phase is ovulation. It's when your mature ovary goes to the fallopian tube and travels. Lastly, the luteal stage is when your uterine wall thickens with blood and then it circles back the the fourth phase.
