- During WWII, Jews were placed in concentration camps and were slaughtered and tortured on a daily basis. Some were separated from their families and hoped for the best in their lives.

- Every day, various groups of Jews were selected to be slaughtered. They will be gathered and subjected to various forms of torture.

- It's heartbreaking to imagine the emotions and thoughts that passed through the heads of the Jews as they were sleeping. All they could worry about was whether they were going to die the next day or whether their family members were safe.

- Being in a room with gas chambers is one of the most terrible forms of torturing. The Jews were placed in chambers, where Nazi soldiers would release deadly gas and abuse them. There were left scratches of Jews on the walls and floors of the chambers.
- The Jews were hungry and forced to live in cramped spaces with a large number of other people. Some photographs on the internet portray extremely thin and sick Jews lounging on their beds.
- To summarize, WW2 was my favorite topic to learn about because it was, in my opinion, the most interesting issue in history. Knowing that millions of people have been tortured and slaughtered hurts my heart. The concentration camp is one of the most fascinating subtopics to me since it's incredible how someone could come up with such a horrible manner to punish a group of innocent people.
