- i got the ones on the left Finnick take the ones behind me.
- The characters have to lie to each other a lot in order to stay alive so there isn't a lot of friendly moments between the other characters and Katniss. There's no trust Katniss's only goal is to keep Peeta alive even if she dies for it. Prim says with her mother to help the injured. Peeta is a nice baker who wants to help Katniss but Katniss sees him as a thing to protect because he is a good person. Gale likes to hunt animals for food illegally with Katniss. The settings are mainly District 12, The capitol, and the arena.

- The beginning of the book starts out with Katniss her mother and her sister and Peeta living in Victors Village for winning the 74th Hunger Games. After a while Peeta and Katniss starts the victory tour where they visit all the districts to give a speech and while going to Rue's district Katniss remembers the girl who saved her in the previous games she gives a heart warming speech in honor of her. Then a man puts up a signal that to the capitol means rebellion the man gets shot through the head for this and Katniss realizes she has to be careful and to act better so the capitol won't kill anyone.

- Katniss finds out that they will be in the next hunger games so after a month or so Katniss and Peeta are trying to make allies because this will be the hardest hunger games ever. and they are trying to enjoy their last days of being alive. When the games start She allies with Finnick who is really good at stabbing people with tridents and then Peeta Katniss and Finnick make more allies along the way trying to survive the deathtrap that is the arena

- the end of the hunger games is close with only 8 people left Johanna one of the alliance members goes into the woods with Katniss to set up a trap to electrocute the other tributes to death but the wire for Beetees trap gets cut and Johanna starts stabbing Katniss it looks like she is trying to kill her but she is removing her hunger games tracker for later. after knocking out Johanna Katniss grabs Betees wires wraps it around a arrow then shoots it at the border keeping them in the arena then a hovercraft from district 13 comes in and takes Beetee Katniss Johanna and Finnick then Gale who is on the plane reveals that district 12 got nuked by the capitol because of Katniss breaking out of the arena
- The lesson of Hunger Games: Catching Fire is that if you do nothing evil wins Katniss and a good amount of tributes knew about the rebellion against the capitol but did nothing to stop it and now district 12 which has thousands of people living there have been nuked this could have been prevented if the characters did something to stop it.
