  • Hey Ava, What's wrong? Why the long face?
  • It's just that i've been having these panic attacks very often, due to my upcoming exams. I find it very hard to focus.
  • Oh, I understand, First, Take a deep breath, You've got to calm down.
  • I'm trying to, but the stress is getting a better hold of me. It's hard, I've also got pressure from both parents and relatives to score well.
  • Its Okay to feel that way, As your senior, I've been there too! just know that, you only have to do this for yourself, you don't need any additional stress from parents or teachers, all you have to do is focus and think about how it will benefit you

  • I would love to know the precautions and I will definitely follow them the next time i break down under immense stress.
  • Alright, That's the spirit!You should take a deep breathe, in and out, maybe try counting backwards from 50, sit or lie down comfortably, stay calm and look on the bright side of your perspective and know that this panic attack will go away soon and that its okay to feel this way!
