- After all the meetings and what has been explained to Mr. Mars he understand what he did was wrong, not listening and putting himself in their shoes and being respectful to his fellow collogues . He understand that he acted irrationally and he has agreed to all the terms.
- Ms. Ngcobo and Mr. Peter were asked to join the meeting as their trade union was going to give them the outcome of the meeting. Mr. Mars has issued the apology to Mr. Peter and Ms. Ngcobo and assured them what he did was wrong and he understand how they felt, and promised to change and be a better manager.
- It is now over a month and two weeks, Mr. Mars is back at the office with a new mindset and a better manager. Mr. Peter and Ms. Ngcobo are carrying on with their work the environment at the office is much better everyone is happy with the outcome of everything.
