My company is not getting enough business anymore... I can't figure out what the problem is.
Alright, no more being sad. I need to define my problemso that I can figure out exactly what steps I need to take and resources I must allocate to fix it!

See now I came up with a creative solution for my problem! This will allow me to get back to my pre-problem state of having lots of clients and gives me the opportunity to grow and gain more revenue!!
After all that stress, my advice is use these steps to easily solve your problems. 1. Clearly define the problem you're having, 2. Use the FourSight System to identify what kind of problem solver you are.3. If you have a predicament and opportunity, use creative problem solving to come up with a solution!
