- Off to explore
- Henry Hudson set off on his journey in the 1600's with a few other sailors. His mission was to find a water path to Asia, since the trails were so dangerous.
- We found a river! Or 2.... and a bay?
- They arrived in North America instead of Asia. They ended up about where New York state is today.
- New York City... well not yet
- Welcome to New York City (Kinda)
- I was left behind to die!
- Henry Hudson found 2 rivers and a bay on the journey. The Hudson bay, The Hudson River, The Hudson Strait.
- He also found the location of where New York City is today.
- In the end his sailors left him and he died with no way back to Europe.
- They started their journey to explore.
