- Today we are going to be making breathing bracelets!
- A breathing bracelet is made from a pipe cleaner and beads and helps to remind you to take deep breaths when you need to calm your body
- What's a breathing bracelet?

- First thread all 6 of your beads onto the pipe cleaner, then twist it around your wrist like a bracelet
- GIVE ME BACK MY POKEMON CARD!

- Now when we move a bead from one side to the other you take a deep breath in and then out to help calm your body.
