Amulius: Go away from here!
A servent of Amulius sent the twin babies in a basket and set them adrift in the Tiber River, where they would die of exposure....
The twins were discovered by a shepherd, he and his wife named them Romulus and Remus.
..the babies did not die. They were fed and cared for by a two animals.
Romulus and Remus grew up and overthrew Amulius.
They killed Amulius and restored Numitor as the king of Alba Longa.
A quarrel occured, and Romulus killed his brother; they couldn't agree on which of seven hills to build their city.
The twins wanted to build their own city, they did not stay in Alba Longa.
Romulus built his city and named it Rome. He became the first warrior-king of ancient Rome.
Romulus disappeared into a violent storm.
