The three pianists

- There are three pianists that participate in the same piano competition.
- One pianist has a great potential, but has no experience, another has great talent, but has no passion, and the last pianist has little talent, but amazing grit (passion and perseverance).
- The first pianist mentioned is named Bob. He has played the piano for two years now.
- The second pianist mentioned is named Joe. He has great talent because his experience of three years.
- Lastly, the one with amazing grit is named Moe. It has just been almost a year and a half.
- After the piano competition.....
- First place went to Joe, second place went to Bob and last place went to Moe. While Bob and Moe were complacent with their ranking, Moe swore to win first place in the next competition.
- I'm going to win next time
- The next competition was in two months. Bob practiced five days a week for one and a half hours everyday, Joe practiced every other day for two hours a day, while Moe practiced everyday of the week for three hours a day.
