- Lenora Beflit when she was 4, the night her parents died. That night, a masked man took her under his wing.
- There were other people like her there, in fact there were 100 of them. Each child was given a code name and told to forget there past including their name. Hers was 49. They were all given a weaponry of some sort to accompany them through their task, most of them got swords, but because she was the smallest out of them, she got a dagger.
- On one of her missions, she assassinated a well known inventor from the phoenix (two rivalries, 49 is in the dragon organization) . She fumbled through his inventions and found a time traveller. Out of curiosity, she activated it, it created an unknown portal to a different era. She decided to step in.
- She gets memory loss because of the faulty time machine (which breaks into three parts, theonly thing she has on her is her code name, her actual name and the main mechanical part of the time invention. Her memory starts to creep back because of her muscle memory, especially because she is good with her hands when she found a job as a tinkering assistant. The person she is the assistant for has the second part of the time machine and he thinks it as trash, but she ends up taking it. Her boss kindly offers to fix the faulty piece within one part.
- After finally recovering two parts of the time traveller, she gets kidnapped by three men. Surprisingly, they are also after the time machine, with one part on them and two parts with her, she could piece together back the time traveller if she got a chance to put her hands on it. With the help of her assassinator skills and reflexes she easily counter attacks them and retrieves the last part. She doesn't want to kill them though, so she decides to tie them up, but without gags to shut them up, they tell her a shocking truth.
- Her memories come flooding back and she comes to regret all the lies she was told, all the skills she was taught. They were all pawns, all 100 of them, many not making it past the training. She has the choice to either stay and choose to forget about everyone and everything and live a normal life in this era that she doesn't belong to, or go back to her time and face her master who had lied to her for 14 years.
