- The Narrator arrives at Usher's house. He received a letter from his childhood friend, Roderick Usher, he was suffering of some illness and asking for help.
- The Narrator was the only true friend of Roderick Usher.The Usher family were old, creepy and indistinguishable. Roderick had fallen ill and was going to die soon.
- The only ones that were living in that house was Usher and Madeline.They were the only two Ushers remaining and they had no children. Madeline was ill and finally, she died. Roderick had taken ill and was going to die soon.
- The Usher's house were wtih loneliness, when Madeline died, Roderick stayed alone and the only one, though Madeline's spirit was in the mansion and grabbed Roderick Usher and destroyed the house.
- The narrator escaped the mansion , then usher's sister dragged Roderick with the house. The house collapsed as the ushers race died. The house finally collapsed.
- Madeline finally died and also her spirit. The race of the family Usher died, but Roderick survived without a child. Madeline destroyed the house that was connected to the Ushers and finished all.
