- I really need to go get my car washed today. Its really dirty.
- umm, its a little messy in here. Maybe I should take my car somewhere else?
- Well I will be honest, we lose most of our customers because of our looks, but its up to you.
- Jessica realizes that her car seems really dirty and should probably get cleaned.
- No problem. Yeah, I know what you mean. I seen some bad reviews about their looks.
- Thanks for coming to pick me up. I am actually worried my car is going to look worse than when I dropped it off, it was really messy there
- She then drives into town to the nearest car shop to drop off her car. She is happy until she sees the car shop that she went to.
- Wow! It looks brand new! I have to admit, I was skeptical at first
- Here you go!
- Once she got to the shop, she decided to check it out before giving the people her car. When she did she wasn't very happy about how clean the place was.
- WOW! That look a lot better! I am surprised!
- Jessica got a little worried about how her car was going to turn out, but she decided to leave her car there anyway. When her friend Tom came to pick her up she told him how she felt about the car shop.
- After a hour, she went back to the shop to find what looked like a completely different car. She was surprised that they actually did a really good job!
- Jessica told Tom to come and look at her car because she was so happy about. Tom was really surprised to. After the job well done on her car, she decided to put a good review on their website.
- I know right! I was just as surprised as you are! I love what they did to it!
