  • Hi, My name is rain drop but you can call me rainy. Today i'm going to be showing you the water cycle! The water cycle is a process of water moving through earth. This cycle affects all of us from plants to animals to humans. For example we use water to drink, make food, swim and many other things. we wouldn't have any of these without the water cycle.
  • The first step of the water cycle is EVAPORATION. This is when the sunlight warms the surface of the water. This causes the water to become a water vapor. It then floats up to the sky.
  • The second step of the water cycle is CONDENSATION. It's when the evaporated water vapor condenses, cause of the cold air temperature from being so high in the sky. This is how clouds are made.
  • The third step of the water cycle is PRECIPITATION. The water droplets build up and fall from the clouds. This can be in the form of Rain, Sleet,Snow and Hail.
  • TRANSPIRATION Is the fourth step in the water cycle. though it is not one of the main ones it's still crucial. It's when plants exuded water from their leaves.
  • Run-off is the last step in the water cycle before it repeats. Run-off happens after precipitation when the water isn't absorbed into ground water or evaporated. Its the water ruining over the land into lakes or pond or any body of water. the picture below is an example of run-off.
