Hey, I'm a Top-level manager and I own this tech business that's VERY successful, But it wasn't always this successful.I had to plan for it.I couldn't just say I wanted to run a business and do it.I had to plan out what i wanted to do in the future.
As more and more people started to apply for the job, I had to think of what to merchandise.I decided on electronics because it's something that almost everyone had and i knew I could profit off of it.
Here's an example of when I had to plan.I first came up with the idea for the business, But I had nowhere to start , No employees, and no money to support the business financially.I made a plan to save up money from my part time job until I had enough for a wearhouse.I then posted ads to try and gain employees to help and work for me.
From there I only went up.Now I know that that sounds easy and nice but it's not all sunshine and rainbows.Here are some of the challenging parts.
