- We worked together and discussed the stages of puberty and tested each other. I really liked Sarah, she could be a great friend and she was really smart.

- OK, who would like to give me a solution to body odour. We all have if we don't manage it correctly. Sarah can you share?
- We did a Google search and found out that bacteria is cause of odour, not sweat, so we must shower daily, wash our clothes and use a good deodorant.
- Stages of puberty - Body hair; shaving, laser, waxing- Body odour; shower daily, wash clothes, use deodorant- Changes of mood; hormonal- Breast development; good bra- Oily skin; good skin routines, cleansing- Wide hips; dress to your strengths- Muscle lengthening; exercise daily- Menstruation; be prepared, pads, tampons
- Excellent work girls! As a bonus, I have gift packs to help you maintain hygiene during puberty. The pack contains a pad, tampon, facial cleanser and deodorant. Enjoy them and I hope you all learned something and can be supportive of one another during these hormonal changes.
- The whole class was super excited to receive their packs and our class was buzzing with enthusiasm. It was nice to know that we all shared similar changes and helped us bond.
