- Mihir wants to make an urgent travel booking to Jaipur for his upcoming wedding shoot.

- Let me try this app out. I hope I get a good discount
- One of his friends referred him Booking.com and offered a referal coupon to get discounts. He decides to give it a shot and downloads Booking.com for the first time.
- Oh.. I like the tutorials. Easier for me to understand the features of the app now.
- He opens the app lands on the Signup screen and gets multiple sign in options including Mobile number and continue as guest. A step by step tutorial guides him to discover different sections and features of the app.
- He could easily find flights and stays section on the home feed. He searches for his flight to Jaipur. When he goes to select the date of departure, he finds a fare calendar which shows prices for different dates. This makes him happy as he could save time on finding the best affordable flights.

He finds complete flight details with clear Cancellation and Refund Policy, COVID-19 SOPs, Travel Insurance. He fills all the details and continues for checkout.
- Great that I can Web check in through the app itself.
- I already love the app.
- He Signs up using his mobile no. After signup he proceeds to make payment where he gets different payment options like "Debit/credit card, UPI, Pay later" and an option to use his referral code. He redeems his referral code and completes the payment using UPI. He then gets a notification asking to complete the in appWeb Check-in before the journey.
