- In Vietnam...
- No! Why would we do that France?!
- During the cold war France tried to colonize land from Vietnam
- France and Vietnam came to an agreement, but this brought the attention of United States, Canada and China
- We need to have more communism in South East Asia !
- China wanted more communism. The United States and Canada did not. So they divided the north and south.
- We need do not need more communism in South East Asia
- With that the north and south had gotten into a civil war
- The north would be supported by China while the south would be supported by the United States and Canada
- During the Vietnam war Canada had allowed Canadiens to sign up to fight.
- The end of the war was complicated with many lives lost.
- The end of the war had left many refugees fleeing to the United States and Canada.
