I received an Email from the university that I was placed on academic probation, I was extremely disappointed in my performance and so were my parents.
Over the winter break I had time to think about what happened and came back into the spring semester with a changed mindset.
DO BETTER NEXT SMESTER!
Attended my first probation class not knowing what to expect. I did not want to make any friends in the class at the time, because my main focus was getting out of probation.
As the semester flew by, I was putting the correct effort in order to make my way out of probation. I was starting to see results, which are my grades increasing.

Pass
I kept on working hard throughout this semester, and I would say the moment I realized that I am actually doing well in school and that I am on the right track was when I passed and completed my finite math IvyTech course over spring break.
My overall mental health has improved drastically compared to the beginning of this semester. The stress and pressure is decreasing due to the increase in grades I was able to achieve.
Towards the end of the semester, I was able to accept that I was in academic probation and take advantage of that. This resulted in improved grades, time management, routine, and mental health.
