  • How can it be 4:00am? And my homework isn't done? And how long have I been on Tik Tok??
  • Students who use electronics, gaming devices, and streaming services at night get fewer hours of sleep than those who manage their use. This impacts their success during the school day.

  • Lack of sleep can result in missing instructional time which decreases student achievement and causes stress and anxiety.
  • Finish your quiz, check your work, and turn it in. Then you are excused.
  • Mom-I'm slacking in school. I'm not sleeping at night. I'm FREAKING out!
  • How about this: At 10:00 I take your phone and charge it in my room at night? Then you can go to sleep earlier.
