- At Camp Half-blood, a camp for demi-gods, Annabeth Chase and Percy Jackson were trying to win a training competition.
- Three scorpions that they were supposed to take gold packages off come for them all at once and chase them into a cave.
- There are three scorpions chasing me, you think I'm not hurrying?!
- Seaweed brain, hurry up!
- Quick, we can hide in here.
- For some reason Annabeth sensed that the symbol would be there. It was the symbol of Daedalus, the best inventor in the world, and it was the mark of the entrances and exits into the Labyrinth.
- Inside the cave, Annabeth and Percy wander around until Annabeth finds what she's been looking for--The Greek Delta.
- The Greek who, what now?
- Oh, Percy look! The Greek delta!
- Back at Camp Half-Blood, Chiron who is the centaur Activities Director, asked Grover, Tyson and Clareese to search for Percy and Annabeth who had been gone for several hours.
- Oh, who cares?!
- I don't know, but I'm scared!
- Last I saw them, they were running through the woods.
- Where are Percy and Annabeth, they've been gone for a long time.
- Just then, Percy and Annabeth come out of an opening that appears at Thalia's tree. After many hugs and questions, they tell everyone what happened and about the Greek Delta in the cave.
- Chiron sends Annabeth to the Oracle because they all realize that Luke, the evil traitor who used to be their friend but is now their enemy, could use the Labyrinth entrance at Camp Half-blood to get through the magical protections of the camp and attack them.
- Wha...?!
- Finally, we made it out!
- Yay! You're back. Where did you come from?!?
- You shall delve in the darkness of the endless maze. The dead, the traitor, and the lost one raise. You shall rise or fall by the ghost king's hand. The child of Athena's final stand. Destroy with a hero's final breath. And lose a love to worse than death.
- So, Percy, Tyson and Grover go with Annabeth on a quest to find Ariandne's string because it is the one thing that can help people navigate through the Labyrinth and would lead Luke to the entrance at Camp Half-Blood. But, they failed because Luke had already gotten the string from Daetelus, who created the Labyrinth.
- Luke brings his army of monsters through to the camp and they have a huge battle. After a long fought battle, Percy, Annabeth, Chiron, Tyson, Grover, and many others save the day and defeat Luke.
