- This war opposed the Irish Republican Army (IRA) and the Great Britain
- between 1919 to 1921, it was the war of Irish independence
- Northern Ireland stay under the rules of the british monarchy
- The Anglo-Irish treaty
- South Ireland had is own government but still stay under the british commandment
- We agree to the treaty

- In the IRA :

- We can have a total independence !
- After the born of the two clans, the free states soldiers and the Irregulars, a Civil War become.
- 1922-1923
- The Irregulars stop the Civil War in 1923. Ireland stay into the British commandment.

- Consequences : - There have been hundreds of deaths-Ireland is still divided in two.
