- Because I work alone, I file all of the income as my own and file personally. As for funding, it can be difficult because of the other workload. There are many disadvantages and advantages.
- A sole proprietorship is someone who owns an unincorporated business on their own. They have complete control which is nice but can get stressful.
- The competition circumstance is very rare in the farmers market industry. It is known as perfect competition. Because we all essentially offer the same things at similar prices, people choose to buy from us at random, but we do appreciate it! Being friendly to clientele is essential.
- Thanks for all of your help! I'm going to do more research and think of starting a sole proprietorship as well.
