Storyboard Text
- I'm going to take my mind off of the deportation
- Watch out!
- Natasha is a 17 year old girl who lives in New York City. She is from Jamaica. She is being deported today because she is an undocumented immigrant. She has a an interview with her lawyer later to see if she can stay in America.
- I can't stop the deportation
- Natasha is on a walk and she's in her own world. She is almost hit by a car, but Daniel saves her. She's met him before in a record store but they didn't really get to know each other. So they decide to spend they day together.
- It's ok
- Natasha realizes Daniel is in love with her,but she doesn't believe in true love. She only believed in things that can be proved by science. So Daniel asks her questions to make her fall in love scientifically. When she decides to tell him about her deportation. He gets mad and they both go different directions
- NATASHA!
- DANIEL
- Natasha goes to her interview and is told by her lawyer that he can stop the deportation. She finds Daniel to tell him that and they spend time together again. After a while, Daniel goes to a college interview and sees a folder with Natasha's name on it. He realizes that his interviewer is also a lawyer. So he asks him about Natasha. Then the lawyer tells him that he tried to stop the deportation but couldn't and now Daniel is so upset.
- After Daniels' interview, he goes to Natasha and tells her the sad news. She is very sad and doesn't know what to do. She finally had believed they were meant to be and true love was real but not after this. They sit on a rooftop and watch the view. When it was time to go Daniel went with Natasha to her house and the airport to say goodbye.
- Natasha went to Jamaica and got used to living there. She tried to keep in touch with Daniel but it was hard. 10 years later, they end up seeing each other on a plane.
