- The king's daughter, Medea, offers to help Jason in his search for the fleece

- Together, using Medea's magic, her and Jason successfully take the golden fleece

- While helping Jason, Medea was touched by the goddess, Aphrodite, so the two get married and have two sons

- Why don't you love me anymore?
- After ten years of marriage, Jason marries someone else

- That will teach him not to leave me.
- For revenge, Madea locks Jason's new wife away forever

- After locking away Jason's new wife, Medea runs away to Athens

- After a while, Medea finds a new husband and starts a new life

- What were the Greeks trying to convey from this story?They were trying to display the importance of loyalty. We can see in the story that Jason was not loyal to his wife, Medea, and in return, he never got to see his new wife or sons(not shown) again. The people he loved were taken away and his previous lover was able to live a good life
