- The first person is Robert Hook. He discovered a thin slice cork under the microscope and the first to visualize a microorganism. Hooke named these compartment cells.

- The second person in Antonie Van Leeuwenhoek. A Dutch Inventor, he discovered free cells and observed the nucleus within some red blood cells
- What a hard name to say, I only know Matthias Schleiden, He is A German botanist and he stated that all plants are composed of cell.

- Theodore Schwan, a German zoologist, concluded that all animals are composed of cells.

- The last one is Rodulph Virchow, theorized that all living cells come from pre-existing living cells.
- So they are the contributers to the cell theory.
