- The President has declared that the main Island of Luzon will be put under a lockdown, effective starting March 16,2020
- This is due to the health risks of COVID 19. Please stay at home, practice social distancing, and wash your hands!
- (talking with each other)
- Haven't you people heard that we are under lockdown? You are all under arrest!
- There is no social distancing here!
- Hello officer! It would seem that there are still people not following the health protocols...
- The next day...
- At this rate, COVID 19 will spread much faster to more and more people!
- You are right! We have already arrested hundreds of people for violating the protocols.

- This is Mike Wazwoski reporting live! The president has put the entirety of Luzon under lockdown with new health protocols and rules implemented to help stop the spread of COVID 19.
- These health protocols include wearing your masks, practicing social distancing, staying at home, and other quarantine regulations. It is of importance that violation of these protocols will have major consequences!
