  • Diseases of the Plasma: Myeloma and Amyloidosisa group of plasma cells becomes cancerous and multiplies. The disease can damage the bones, immune system, kidneys, and red blood cell count.
  • The Plasma helps to maintain and regulate body temperature by absorbing and releasing heat as needed. It takes nutrients hormones, and proteins, and removes the harmful waste from your body

  • Lymphoma and Leukemia are diseases of the White Blood Cells.Lymphoma is caused by enlarged lymph nodes throughout the body, it includes fatigue, and weight loss.Leukemia, like other cancers are unknown, Radiation exposure, and the failure of white blood cells are risk factors.
  • The white blood cells defend the body against infections and diseases. They combine materials and use this to destroy infectious cells.
  • Sickle cell anemia and Normocytic anemia are diseases of the Red Blood Cells.Sickle cell Anemia occurs when there aren't enough healthy red blood cells to carry oxygen throughout the body.Normocytic Anemia occurs with normal sized red blood cells but they are in a low number.
  • Red blood Cells carry oxygen and carbon dioxide to the lungs for excercreation.They also carry oxygen to all parts of the body.

  • Bernard Soulier disease and thrombocytopenia are diseases of the Platelets. Bernard Soulier Disease is a rare disease of blood clotting with enlarger platelets.Thrombocytopenia is the result of a low blood count
