- in the nineteen-twenty's the use of Automobile's was on the rise, and with it came a change in way of life for better or for worse.

- Family's would spend lots of quality time together on the open roads. however a lot of family's felt that because of the Automobile they saw less of their kids.
- And they were right to feel that way, with the automobile Americas youth were granted a greater sense of freedom. they were no longer bound by the available activities in walking distance.
