  • To this day, it is illegal to say anything about the Armenian Genocide in Turkey, a violation of the Public Declaration Just War criterion
  • Killing squads made up of violent ex-convicts are sent to execute, drown, crucify, and throw off cliffs thousands and thousands of Armenians
  • This as one officer put it was the "liquidation of the Christian elements" and was in violation of the Military necessity Just War criterion
  • Women were raped and forced to become slaves or join Turkish "harems", a violation of the No means malum in se Just War criterion
  • Basically all aspects and events in the Armenian Genocide did not meet the Just war criterion, therefore, the Armenian Genocide was not a just war
