- Hello! I'm Alex. Welcome to my commuting experience.
- Our User is Alex.Alex is a Wellington Resident.Alex commutes to work on peak services; leaving at 8am and returning at 5:30pm, Monday-Friday.
- At 7:50am, Alex collects their Snapper card, mask, hand sanitiser, phone, and their backpack with the things they need for work - then heads off to the bus stop.
- As Alex waits for the bus, which is a few minutes late, they notice some people in the growing crowd don't appear to be wearing a mask. Alex keeps their distance, and begins to feel apprehensive about the upcoming journey.
- When the bus arrives, Alex makes sure their mask is still secure, climbs aboard, finds a seat to themselves, and scans their location using the QR code on the window.
- When the bus approaches the next stop, a passenger sits next to Alex. Alex feels concern for both of their safety, as the two passengers are not observing an appropriate social distance.
- Alex disembarks at their stop, feeling stressed about their potential risk of exposure while commuting on public transport.
