Hello! I'm Alex. Welcome to my commuting experience.
Our User is Alex.Alex is a Wellington Resident.Alex commutes to work on peak services; leaving at 8am and returning at 5:30pm, Monday-Friday.
At 7:50am, Alex collects their Snapper card, mask, hand sanitiser, phone, and their backpack with the things they need for work - then heads off to the bus stop.
As Alex waits for the bus, which is a few minutes late, they notice some people in the growing crowd don't appear to be wearing a mask. Alex keeps their distance, and begins to feel apprehensive about the upcoming journey.
When the bus arrives, Alex makes sure their mask is still secure, climbs aboard, finds a seat to themselves, and scans their location using the QR code on the window.
When the bus approaches the next stop, a passenger sits next to Alex. Alex feels concern for both of their safety, as the two passengers are not observing an appropriate social distance.
Alex disembarks at their stop, feeling stressed about their potential risk of exposure while commuting on public transport.
