- Green Knight breaks into Camelot, and Sir Gawain accepts to play his game.
- I'll give you whatever I get from my hunt and you'll give me whatever you find here
- Sure cool
- Are you really going to ignore a lady's affection?
- Can't be with her since she's married, but I can kiss her
- Gawain chops of the Green Knight's head and the knight tells him to find him in a year so that he could do the same to Gawain.
- *kiss on cheek*
- Here are my spoils, know what were you able to find within the castle?
- By December of the following year, Gawain reaches a castle that says that they know where the Green Knight lives and that he can stay until his time has come to face him.
- BTW I'm Bertilak and Morgan le Fay made me like this in hopes of scaring Guinevere to death
- King Bertilak offers shelter to Gawain and they have a wager. But when Bertilak leaves for the hunt, his wife makes some advances towards Gawain.
- When Bertilak returns from the hunt, he gives Gawain his spoils and in exchange Gawain gives Bertilak a kiss. This goes on for two more days and on the third day the Queen offers Gawain her girlde. When Bertilak comes back, Gawian kisses him but doesn't give him the girlde.
- Gawain then leaves to find the chapel and meets up with the Green Knight. The knight swings but Gawain flinches and stops short and tells him to man up. He goes to swing again, but the knight stops short again just to make sure that he won't flinch. On his third swing, he gives Gawain a small slash and calls it even.
