  • A.K.A, the law of inertia, says that an object at rest will stay at rest and an object in motion will stay in motion unless acted upon by another force.         .
  • Newton's 1st Law
  • In both pictures the objects have something pulling them and pushing them back.
  • The acceleration of an object is made by a net force is equal to the magnitude of the net force, in the same direction as the net force, and is equal to the mass of the object.
  • Newton's 2nd Law Notes
  • Newton's 2nd law Notes
  • If you drop two balls from the same height of different masses then they will hit the ground at the same, but if you drop them from different heights then they will hit the ground at different times.
  • Newton's 3rd   Law For every action there is an equal but opposite reaction.
  • If you use the same force to push a truck and push a car, the car will have more acceleration than the truck, because the car has less mass.
