- Nick wants to have a pal. He sits by a nice girl in class. Her name is Pam. Nick knows that Pam likes dogs. She has a picture of a dog on her shirt.
- One day Nick talks to Pam. He tells her about his dog. Pam is happy. She likes Nick. She thinks he is smart and funny. They walk home after class. They talk about their dogs.
- Pam takes nick to her home. She shows Nick her dog. The dog is tiny and gray. He has lots of fur.
- They play tag on the grass. Nick runs after Pam and Pam runs after Nick. Then Pam and Nick both run after the dog.They all fall down on the grass.
- Nick wants to show Pam his dog. "My house is not far, " says Nick. "You can see my dog and we can all play tag."
- Now Nick has two pals.The End
