- Lyla Wilson is a mermaid and her nickname is Calligirl because of her beauty. She is the daughter of the queen, Marissa Wilson.
- Calligirl is capable of many abilities. She can make anyone beautiful and she is as swift as the water. Her mother enrolled her in mermaid school, so she is discovering many of her new powers. Although mermaid school is challenging, she is learning how to have control.
- Lyla decided she wanted to help her mother defend the ocean, so her job is to patrol the coast. If Calligirl doesn´t use her magic once every 2 hours, then it will run out and stop working. Her enemy is the Water-Dragon.
