This storyboard does not have a description.
It's the first day of summer and Anna wants to plant a garden.
In her garden she knows she wants to plant pink flowers, as well as sunflowers, and daffodils.
Anna's mom cleared three different sized spots for flowers. Now Anna has to figure out how many flowers fit in each spot.
Since the spots are all circles she needs to use the area of a circle which is 3.14 times half the circle times half the circle again.
Anna measures her garden and uses her formula to find that each garden is about 12 units.
Each of the pink flowers takes up 3 units. So how many can she fit?
