There is so many things I want to say to my sweet Daisy. I just do not know where to start because I have not seen her "in years" (Fitzgerald 77).
The Great Gatsby, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Chapter 5.
"This is quite a fine house of Nicks' possession isn't it?
"Oh.,.. Yes... certainly it is. I had exclaimed to Nick and said," Is this absolutely where you live, my dearest one?"(Fitzgerald 85).
To be frank, Daisy, it was about two minutes until four and I was about to leave. I am glad that I did not because I would not have seen your beautiful face. I am awfully nervous, Daisy , all these emotions I have kept inside of me. Do you know that I have waited for you?
"Jay.. You are like no other person I have ever met. I may not want to admit it, but you have a special place in my heart. Oh, how I have held the thought of you so close to me over the years. "
"This is all I ever wanted to hear. Oh how I love you Daisy."
"" I love you dearly, Jay. Come sit down we need to catch up on our lives"
