- Union Pushes Forward in the Battle of Fort Henry
- Union pushes south
- The confederate army fires on April 12, 1861 at 4:30 a.m. at the location of Fort Sumter, a union base. This leads to a union surrender
- It's all over!
- On February 6, 1862 union wins it's first battle of the civil war and gains momentum for the union while also giving control of the supply lines.
- In the next few years the union gradually pushes south.
- The is over Robert E. Lee, the confederate general surrenders on April 9, 1895.
