- It was a normal Wednesday afternoon, I was doing my homework, Mum was doing the chores, and Dad was at work.
- ANNA! One of your friends from school are here!
- I found that interesting. I hadn't invited anyone over. I could hear them chatting to my mum. She sounded kind and sweet.
- It was Deena, my Best Friend. She WAS kind and sweet, but she liked to gossip.
- I wonder who told her?
- Hey, Anna! I just wanted to come and see you. I heard you've been a bit sick.
- It was true. I had Osteosarcoma, a common bone cancer, and they have found it in my left arm. It hasn't developed much yet, but the clinic is keeping an eye on it. It's broken me.. I have cancer, for God's Sake!
