  • How exactly is Blood Pressure measured?
  • Hey, can I ask one more question?
  • Good Question, and one that I have the Answer to as well. Ok, so this is how it works.
  • So there are two numbers that represent how high your Blood Pressure is, there's Systolic Pressure, and Diastolic Pressure.
  • Now Systolic Pressure measures the pressure in the Arteries when Heart Muscle is Contracting, and Diastolic pressure measures the pressure of Blood in between Heart Beats.
  • Now a Normal Blood Pressure Reading is around 120 Systolic Pressure and 80 Diastolic Pressure, but it is around 140 Systolic pressure and 90 Diastolic pressure where these readings start to get alarming.
  • So are there any more Questions you want to ask?
  • Not really, I think you've answered all my questions, Thanks for all of that
