  • The Adventures of...
  • Episode 359 Transportation Kid meets Footballs
  • You've come to the right man Mr. Burden. Now where do we begin...
  • How can I help you Mr. Burden?
  • As you know, my football selling business has been a hit. Sales have been so well around town, that people have suggested, and I think that I should grow my business to statewide. Then, maybe even the country and internationally! But what I want to know is how to do this Transportation Kid.
  • Thanks for coming as soon as you did Transportation Kid!
  • Here in Georgia, highways are an important form of transportation, and considered the best for statewide travel. Georgia contains two interstate highways, I-95 and I-16, which go within the state and connect to other states. These interstates are also key to the railroads and deep water ports.
  • Atlanta Airport
  • Exit 65
  • I know that lots of people love planes, but I'm personally terrified of them (it's my only weakness). Anyway, the other important form of transportation in Georgia is Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. This airport is one of the busiest in the world, with an average month containing 80,000 flights and over 7 million passengers passing through it. OK, now we need to get out of here, I can't sit still.

  • Georgia also has deep water ports and a railroad system. The railroad system moves all throughout Georgia, as well as the entire country. There are deep water ports and inland ports. The deep water ports are many used for exporting and importing goods internationally. The inland ports are mainly used for agricultural and industrial commodities sold to the SE, USA.
