I really wish I was not failing math class. If only I knew Slope-intercept form, Point-slope form, and Standard form!
Name: Jimmy Johnson Test: -F Standerd Form: Ax+By=C Point slope Form: y-y1=m(x-x1) Slope Intercept Form: y=mx+B
I really need that money but I am not good at math... Whatever. I JUST NEED A TUTOR!
Sure I'll Do It!
Hello Sir! Would you like to be entered in a math contest to Win 1 million dollars?
Hi Mrs.Applestacks I need to know all of that stuff, I really need that money and want to win bad
Well... Standard from is used when you have a horizontal or vertical line. Slope-Intercept form is used mostly for graphing, and Point-lope For is used for... When you have a point and slope but no y... Intercept!
Hello Jimmy, My name is Mrs.Applestacks and I will be your tutor for today. I heard that you needed to know Standard form, Point-slope form, and Slope-intercept Form because you are in a contest to win 1 million dollars!
Now It all make sense!
Let start with Standard form. It is Ax+ By=C. It is used mostly when you have a horizontal or vertical line. Ex:y-10=-2(x+2) It would be 2x+y=14 Slope-Intercept Form:y=Mx+B. This is mostly used for graphing and you can write it out. M is the slope and B is the y-intercept. Y is just y and X is just x. Ex: slope=3 y-intercept=4. So its y=3x+4 Point-Slope Form:y-y1=m(x-x1) This is used when you have a point and slope but no y-intercept. Ex:(4,6) slope=2. So its y-6=2(x-4)
Math Conetst Finals!!
Jimmy Johnson is a millionaire!!
Final Questions: Jimmy, What are standard Form, Slope-Intercept, and Point-slope form used for?
