Gregory and Sampson bite their thumbs in an attempt to engage the Montague servants in a quarrel. They all pull out their swords.
Okay, let us fight.
Wow, do you bite your thumb at us? Do you wish to quarrel?
During the quarrel, Benvolio, a family member of the Montagues, makes an attempt to stop the fight. But then Tybalt, family member of the Capulets, makes an attempt to fight Benvolio
Please stop this quarrel before we all get in trouble!
Don't be a wimp Benvolio, fight me.
Capulet and his lady and Montague and his lady enter. They don't try to stop the conflict. Benvolio, Tybalt, and the servants of Montague and Capulet engage in a violent fight. They are so loud that the citizens of Verona join in.
The fight starts to get out of hand, and the prince, fed up with the Montagues' and Capulets' long disagreement, comes and gives them a warning
Absolutely unbelievable! Do this again and you will all die. Capulets, come with me. Montagues, I will talk to you later.
Montague and his lady ask are worried about their son Romeo. They ask their nephew, Benvolio, to talk to Romeo.
