There is information on how this feature works on the website, so we just need to get Dani signed up and talking to someone.
I've read about MyBasis and their counselors on the website. I'm ready to give this a try--right now.
There need to be two different tracks. One if someone already has an account, and one if someone does not.
I definitely haven't done this before. I need to sign up.
I'm excited to talk with my next client.
There's an existing sign up routine, so whether one selects to sign up for the first time, and we execute that routine, or the user Logs In to an existing account, we end up at the next stage of the process: Now that we know have a record of Dani and means to charge her, we can connect her with a counselor.
It's frustrating that I need to wait, but at least it's only 5-10 minutes, and that still leaves me with 45 minutes for my call!
Chat Now!
You're All Signed up!
When the user clicks "Chat Now!" we need to confirm there's an available counselor.
If there is an available counselor, we return to the user information on how to place their call, and supply the counselor the name of their next client. The session begins once the user places their call and it connects.
MyBasis Corporate Office
If there is no counselor available, information is returned to the user alerting them. The business process design and website information dictates that this wait won't exceed 10 minutes.
