- Shago is an Native American boy who is an amazing baseball player. He plays with all the other kids in the bluff and is always chosen to be on someone's team right away.
- Climax
- You look ridiculous!
- The inciting moment is when Shago makes a mistake in a baseball for the first time which ends up being because he is losing his sight. However, he doesn't know that. This causes him to be scared to play baseball.
- Falling Action
- You must be as blind as a bat!
- The problem continues to get worse and he couldn't play baseball like he used to be able to. Even though he was losing his sight, he saw all that he could. One night, there was a storm and they watched the waves crash and the winds quarrel.
- Resolution
- It was night for Shago
- Finally, Shago's mother gets him glasses because she realizes that her son is losing his sight. But all the boys make fun of him because of his glasses, so he decides to not wear them.
- Hahaha!
- Shago is embarrassed about his glasses so he never wears them except at his own house, so his eyesight decreases quickly. He becomes unpopular and no one wants him on their team. He decides to stop playing baseball and stays home all the time.
- Finally, Shago's health is so bad, that he becomes totally blind and he cannot see anything. Finally, the boys want to help and play with Shago, but it is too late, and he is blind now.
