- In 1995, Thomas Markinson briefs Logan, that the N.S.A. are impersonating the F.B.I. and planned on going after the spy satellite. Logan successfully infiltrates the N.S.A. headquarters in Fort Meade, Maryland undetected at 10:50 a.m. What logan finds inside is a video of Commander Silvers and Elsa Weissenger along with the medical staff talking about covering up the operation.
- Phagen's hidden weapon supply warehouse in Newtown Pennsylvania
- In 1995, Logan informs Markinson what he's found at the N.S.A. headquarters. It was a video made two days before the N.S.A. disguised themselves as F.B.I. agents and attacked the local militia force. Markinson takes Logan to northern Montana and infiltrates the compound undetected. He then kills an agent and takes the uniform in disguise, then looks for Silvers and the missing data.

- I have a feeling that Rhomer or Aramov will kill me as soon as Franklin Anderson or Virgil Polk provokes a war against Russia, France, Algeria, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. - Another important thing Johnathan Phagen had besides the data disc is a contract exchange between 4 million dollars and various abundance of weapons and armor with Rhoemer. The warehouse heavily guarded by ; using stealth the whole level is strongly recommended. The exchange contract is in Phagen's office and shows the nuclear launch operation will take place in Kazakhstan a 9 months later.
- Instead of bombing all White Scorpions weapon cache, Logan instead photographs, taking each weapon from a box and examine its use. Logan finds a VHS tape where Phagen will make a ploy to defend against Rhomer's Black Baton in Kazhakstan and Washington DC.

- Although the Black Baton were responsible for the unstable gas leak, the Pseudo Storm were only present and caught in the act CDBC agents. The firefight lasted for 2 days to give Black Baton enough time to plan another sneak attack on the Midwest.
