- 1996, after finding evidence who poisoned water supply in Newark, Logan finds a map on Rhoemer's dead guard, revealing Russia's hydroelectric power plant will be poisoned to frame United States into going to war with Russia. Gabe meets FSB commander Vitaly and explains his reason for being in Russia. The two work together to defeat his elite Black Baton capture Erich Rhoemer but couldn't find him.

Logan found files that traces back to the Pharcom Agency. The 3 destroy the lab, wipe out remaining the Spooks and takes back evidence to Edward Benton.
- Lian had been recruited to the CIA in 1995 and is assigned to Logan and Ellis. An outbreak in China occured. Logan and Lian were sent to investigate what is causing a riot. Shi Hao and general Sun were behind waging war against US, UK, and Japan. Lian, Ellis, and Gabe check out a hotel across where General Sun's occupation is.
