- We are going to expand the territory beyond the borders to obtain new riches
- that's very good!
- this has as a consequence the appearance of imperialism
- that increased their prestige from their new colonies and trade routes. After that, in 1873, a great economic depression appeared, the first collapse of the capitalist system,
- in 1885 an event known as the Berlin conference was organized in which the greats Empires set the rules on how they opened up to distribute the African continent in order to solve the problems of its distribution.
